With any live illustration package, you will receive a beautifully A4 Watercolour painted illustration of the bride and groom. This piece will be displayed at my table for all your guests to admire, and it will be presented to you as a special keepsake after the event.

What mediums do you work with when you illustrate at live events?

I work with a variety of mediums including copic markers, colour pencils and waterproof black pens

How does live illustration work at events ?

your guests would approach my table and I would take a photo of them from my phone or iPad, I would the work on all the illustrations throughout the event. The guests would then come back to my table at the end of the event to pick up their illustrations.

What happens if you dont get to finished all the illustrations at the event?

If I don't get to complete all the illustrations on site I would have to do them at my home studio and post them out to the bride and groom.

At what price does your packages start from?

My packages start at $1400, though I do have a hourly rate I can offer.

Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through this online shop. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products

All products sold are **made-to-order, original watercolour illustrations**. Each artwork is created by hand and may have slight variations in colour, style, or detail. These variations are part of the nature and charm of original artwork and are not considered defects.

3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

As all illustrations are created specifically for each customer:

* Orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.

* Refunds or exchanges are not offered for change of mind.

* Customers are responsible for providing accurate reference photos and details at the time of ordering.

4. Proofs & Revisions

* Where applicable, a digital preview may be provided before finalisation.

* Minor revisions may be offered at the artist’s discretion.

* Significant changes or additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

* Approval of the final proof confirms acceptance of the artwork.

5. Turnaround Time

* Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on order volume and complexity.

* Rush orders may be available upon request and may incur an additional fee.

* Delays caused by late responses, missing reference material, or requested changes are not the responsibility of the artist.

6. Pricing & Payment

* All prices are listed in the shop currency unless otherwise stated.

* Full payment is required at the time of ordering.

* Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

7. Shipping & Delivery

* Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

* The artist is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

* Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery passes to the customer.

* Any customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of made-to-order artwork:

* Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind.

* If an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify the artist within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence.

* A replacement or suitable resolution will be offered where appropriate.

9. Intellectual Property & Copyright

* All artworks remain the intellectual property and copyright of the artist.

* Purchase of an artwork grants the customer a license for **personal use only**.

* Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

* The artist reserves the right to use images of the artwork for portfolio, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Colours & Accuracy

* Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

* Such variations are not considered faults.

11. Limitation of Liability

* The artist is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of the artwork.

* Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the country or state in which the artist operates.
